State Open Men’s and Women’s Teams

Open Men & Women

The State Open Men and Women Tigers compete in an annual test series against Victoria each July known as the French Holbrook Series and against Queensland in the leadup to The Nationals on a biannual basis in October   The major event for our Open Teams each year is the Australia Sides Championships in October each year.  This event is held as part of the Bowls Australia’s The  Nationals fortnight.  The Nationals will be played at the Sorrento Bowling Club in Perth, WA from 13 – 16 October 2023.  The men compete for the Alley Shield and the women compete for the Marj Morris Trophy.
