Australian Indoor Qualifying Singles Championships Women’s Winner
Congratulations to Howrah’s Denise Tanner (pictured) who won the Tasmanian Women’s Section of the Australian Indoor Qualifying Singles Championships which were played at the Howrah Indoor Bowls Centre on Friday and Saturday with finals on Sunday. In a high-standard grand final, Tanner defeated Howrah’s Lyn Page in straight sets 11-5 and 8-8.
