Erin Sesara Plays Game 50

by admin on April 2, 2014

Erin Sesara received the honour of being presented her ’50 Games’ cap today prior to the commencement of that game this afternoon during the Australian Sides Championships.  Erin has played these 50 games for Tasmania since her debut against Victoria in 2005 at Spreyton.  This series is somewhat of a comeback series for Sesara who has been unavailable for selection for the past 4 years since she took time out to start a family.
Her rink provided a memorable milestone match for her after claiming their maiden victory for the tournament this afternoon to help the Tasmanian women claim overall honours against South Australia to put them equal first on the leader board and still in the hunt for silverware tomorrow when the Sides Championships continue at the South Burnie Bowls Club.
