Entries

Entry into the Australian Open 2011 will be via the interstate qualifying process. Please see below for details of the qualifying events in your state. Players are allowed to enter qualifying in more than one state, however the entry fee must be paid each time a player attempts to qualify.

Any player who attempts to qualify for the pairs or triples and is unsuccessful, is then ineligible to be a replacement player for a team in the main draw.   The player must qualify in their own right in another qualifying event to be allowed to play in the main draw.

Allocation of qualifying positions

The number of qualifying positions in each state has been determined based on entries received in the qualifying events for the 2010 Australian Open. For those states who did not run qualifying for all disciplines, one position is still available for those states for the 2011 Australian Open.
